Counseling Philosophy

I believe every client is unique with diverse experience, belief and values. That is why I use an integrative approach working within a framework of gestalt, cognitive-behavioral and person-centered models. I believe people possess the power to accomplish desired goals or outcomes if given adequate support and tools for change. The goals of counseling are constructed based on each client’s specific concerns and reasons for entering into counseling.
